We are a group of medical professionals that found ourselves recognizing significant shortfalls in the healthcare system. Our attempts at improving the situation for our patients with the current home health options were not fruitful so we decided to form our own company. A different kind of home health. We decided to focus on the needs of the patient and the coordination of their care with their doctors and specialists. By building relationships with the specialists and physicians we make it clear that the patient isn’t being discharged from care when they are discharged from the hospital, rather a different group of caregivers joins the battle on the patients’ side. We are doctors, nurses, and physical and speech therapists that have made it our mission to provide a better quality of healthcare.
